Change the federal law to enable parents of disabled children to be paid to care for them .

Most states provide parents of handicapped children to be paid to provide the above and beyond care that our special needs children require but there are several states that do not including but not limited to Nevada.Parents of special needs children sometimes can not get another job due to the special requirements that their child/children need to be healthy mentally and physically.Some special needs children those with Autism especially have severe problems with any kind of change in their routine,some also wander and have no sense of danger,they will go into a strangers home,get into cars,walk into the street without any acknowledgement of traffic.Many are non verbal and can not communicate who they are where they live or any other vital information.Please help me make a change!
