Change the federal laws that mandate the President, Vice President, and members of the House and Senate be paid.

Currently, federal law mandates that the president, vice president, the members of the congress, and the members of the senate be paid their salaries no matter what the circumstances or budgetary issues.

I propose that federal law be changed so that their salaries are treated the same as all other federal workers and that during any event that stops the pay and allowances of all other federal workers will apply equally to the president, the vice president, the members of congress, and the members of the senate.
