The Federal decriminalization of (all forms of)cannabis/marijuana would save millions of dollars annually due to cut costs incured from enforcement of current Federal Laws, reduce spending due to lower incarceration rates and lessen the prison population, and cut down on court costs as well. It would also allow for increased scientific studies to prove the medicinal qualities of Cannabis, and the effects it has on the human body. The decriminalization of Cannabis/Marijuana would help lower the crime rate and help end Mexican Drug Cartels involved with Marijuana. Decriminalization would act as an "introductory" to full legalization in the aspect that the Fed. Gov. could track its progress, and see the difference it makes in our great nation and will help end the losing "War on Drugs".
