Change federal tax forms to support improvements in polling locations and technology instead of funding campaigns

To help ensure that 1. up-to-date functioning voting equipment is available at all locations, 2. that sufficient amounts of equipment to satisfy community needs is available, and, 3. that the training needed to ensure that voting equipment can be used properly and efficiently is provided in all communities in the United States, it is proposed that the present $3 donation indicated for the Presidential Election Campaign be altered to instead fund Voting Equipment for Our Democracy.
