Change the Feres Doctrine so Servicemen who have been wrongfully abused/discharged can sue the govt. without difficulty.

Feres Doctrine, this doctrine allows you to sue the government, but it's extremely difficult and expensive. I'm asking that servicemen/women be allowed financial help to fight those leaders who abuse Soldiers, whether it's physically, mentally, sexually and that the process be tailored and given a time limit to resolve complaints.
