Change fetal age of viability to 23 weeks, instead of 24. Hospitals are just letting viable children die & parents hurt.

It has been determined that the viability of a fetus is 24 weeks. At many hospitals, if a woman has her baby before the 24 week mark, they will not intervene in any way.
Recently, they started helping some children & families, and attempting to save the 23 week infants. Many have lived. And of the ones that lived, a good majority went on to live a healthy normal life. Parents should not have to suffer over the loss of a child they may not have even lost. And a viable human baby should not have to never have lived simply over a week or a few days. Their needs to be a law in place that protects the innocent children and parents from such suffering. Especially when they have a chance. So please sign this petition and change their minds so more babies don't innocently die.
