Change firearm laws to restrict bullets, not guns...

Guns don't kill people, bullets do. Why is the government trying to control guns that have been around longer than the Constitution, but not the explosive rounds that actually does the killing? A gun with out bullets is the same as a paper-weight or collectable. Bullets don't even need a gun to be deadly, but we can buy them freely by the case load? Why keep attacking gun owners when you can change the spectrum and make a much bigger and better difference? What about home defense then? Mass produce and keep Non-lethal Rubber rounds readily available. Please, let us collectors and gun enthusiasts get back to what we enjoy, our guns and controlled firing ranges, and change the laws to restrict the actual killer. We the people petition the office to start chewing at the right end of the stick
