There is a city ordinance in Florida which prohibits feeding the homeless in order to avoid them from being in parks. This goes against basic human rights and quite frankly it's cruel. I believe this needs to stop, these are human beings and they deserve to be treated fairly. Thank you for reading and please help me get some attention to this issue.
