Change the FOIA to exclude Military service records. Vet, Family, next of kin and Gov official should only have access

Created by C.M. on April 11, 2014

Stop allowing unauthorized persons to access a veterans military record without their consent. Under the FOIA ANYONE can request a veterans military record. If that person is active or veteran who served his country why is it so easy for anyone to get a copy under the FOIA? These are HERO's who served their country.

Only people who should be allowed to request it is Family, Next of Kin, Veteran or official government agency. But under the FOIA anyone can. Protect our veterans right to privacy. They protected our freedoms.

Change the FOIA to exclude general public when it comes to Military records.
