We are hereby requesting change of legislation and a ramification in the current aid that foreign countries receive from the US that harbor deadbeat parents.
We propose that any country seeking financial assistance, economic stability, from the United States should be mandated to be a part of The International Recovery of Child Support. Further, prior to the release of any international financial assistance, any debt owed to American Citizens for child support should be taken off the top and passed to the children that are owed, with only the remaining balance forwarded to said countries.
The fate, security, stability and future of United States citizens should be paramount.
