Change the Free Trade Agreements to Fair Trade Agreements

Change the present Free Trade Agreements and the pending Free Trade Agreements to Fair Trade Agreements by requiring "Made in USA" products for export without tariffs.
Before the end of 2011, the U.S. will have a $405 billion deficit with our FTA partners, most of which from American branded products manufactured outside of the U.S.
