Changing the current full time requirement from 30 hours to 40 hours for Obamacare. This will allow current employees to keep the part time employees from being down graded to 29 hours or less. Also, part time employees will not have to get multiple jobs to make a living. This change would give businesses virtually no change in doing business as being done today. There will be no need to hire multiple people to do one job which would be savings to businesses.
