This is meant to reform law enforcement agencies from the Federal Level down to the State and Local precincts. This petition will show that the American People Unequivocally want to reform Law Enforcement from the way it is currently implemented namely:
1. Change speed limit laws at all levels to reflect the scientific method, and to mitigate unecesarry citations.
2. Universal legislation to hold all Law enforcement agencies to include: Local Law Enforcement, DEA, State Law Enforcement, FBI, CIA, NSA, and other Federal, State, and Local agencies accountable for abuse of power, illegal use of force, and other forms of misconduct.
3. When such trials are held, the Adjudicating authority cannot be related to law enforcement and must be independent from such agencies.
