As it stands right now when a military retiree comes to visit a military base in Germany they cannot use the basic facilities that were promised to them for their years of service. A couple of these basic facilities are the Base Exchange (the general store on base) and the commissary (the grocery store on base). We owe it to our veterans to follow through with the basic promises that were given for the years of sacrifice.
