We the people ask the federal government to Change an existing Administration policy:

Change the .gov domain so we stand equal with other sovereign nations digitally.

Created by R.S. on November 04, 2016

More and more national governments are getting online. When the .gov TLD, or top-level domain was registered in 1985, we didn't think about other countries. Now that other national governments are online, they have to use domains like ".gov.uk" or ".gov.ru". We consider sovereign nations equal in the real world, so why not in the digital world? I propose that we shift all our government sites to ".gov.us".
