We the people ask the federal government to Change an existing Administration policy:

Change Green Card visa issuance process

Created by A.K. on January 11, 2017

Each country is issued a set number of Green Cards (GC) every year. Indians suffer due to this policy as demand is greater than supply. Many are on a 12 yr backlog, waiting for GC. This, despite investing a few years already as a H1B visa holder.
Even terror funding nations get GC within 1 yr of application but one of the most skilled immigrants (Indians) of US are going through a very painful process.

REQUEST NEW ADMINISTRATION TO CHANGE POLICY -
GC allotment should be by skill / qualification and a first-come-first-serve basis.
Countrywise allotment does not hold merit anymore. Diversity visa programs are also running.

With a GC, Indians can support the govt. by ample business, technological and economic development in the US. Data supports this claim. We wish to help!
