Child Support guidleines should be changed to become equal for Non-custodial parents and Custodial Parents, both parents should be responsible to provide for there children. Adjustments should be made so that Custodial Parents are not utilizing Child Support enforcement for personal gain. Child support has become a revenge tactic for Custodial Parents. The child support enforcement allows custodial parents to seiz non-custodial parents assets, provide entitlement to all sources of income, tax intercept, the ability to impose jail time and revoke licenses, denial for drivers license and many other important opportunities or liberties allowed to be denied, which is against constitutional rights. Supporting children should be more than just financial support and a way to get even.
