My petition is for all persons wrongly convicted based on false testimony by biased witnessess. My 19 yo son was convicted of Invol. Manslaughter for the death of his best friend resulting from a vehicle crash 5/09. He was sentenced to 4.5 years on 10/11 now a convicted felon dashes away many hopes and dreams. For the past 3 yrs we have been fighting for a new trial as Justice was not served. But once your convicted it is a uphill battle and you may complete your sentenced before your Appeals are exhausted. The prosecutor had no physical evidence to convict my son of driving the vehicle, it was all based on one persons testimony, which contradicted his testimony at the Prelim. Hearing. Police destroyed the vehicle after sentencing & destroyed window with blood & handprint. Wheres Justice?
