Teachers, students, parents, and businesses everywhere would benefit from having Halloween on the last Saturday of October, instead of the 31st. Students deal with fatigue on the day after. Teachers usually don't get much instructional time due to absences and a lack of focus on November 1st. In addition, parents won't have to argue with their children about homework and bedtimes! Finally, businesses can make more money because people don't have to go to work the next day.
