It's time to make the streets of America safe from bad cops. Everyone on Earth knows how bad things have gotten in America. Racist and murders among the police officers are using American citizens for targets. Those people are not America's finest.
No one should be allowed in law enforcement that cannot honestly answer "Yes" to the following question, under penalty of perjury during a polygraph examination: "Do you have an unbiased respect and appreciation for every human life, regardless of a person’s race, gender, age, place of residence or economic status?" The addition of this single filter will correct the problem in America.
