Change to "honorable" the discharge status of U.S. service members who have been dishonorably discharged for being gay.

Over the years, thousands of proud men and women have been dishonorably discharged from the U.S. armed forces for being gay. In recent years, official policies have changed so that sexual orientation is not an issue for current service members, as it should have been all along. Now that it is legal to serve as an openly gay member of the U.S. armed forces, it's time to recognize all of those who honorably served their country — only to be kicked out of the service for being who they truly are. It's time to get rid of the dishonorable status of all who were in the past for being gay, whether living or dead, and change their discharge status to "honorable." Don't wait for individuals to apply — do it for all of them now.
