Do away with the "across the aisle" issue and make senators and congressmen sit Rep, Dem, Rep, Dem. maybe then they will learn to talk to one another. Caucus all they want, but in session they need to sit with each other to get the people' s business done instead of acting like the "the other side" does not exist. A second grade teacher needs to set the seating chart so our reps will get along and get their work for the people done.
