change how congress operates so they understand they work for the American people!

The American people hire(vote) for all of congress, we deserve the right to maintain that control.
We demand that the pay of congress and the president is changed to reinforce who works for who. We also demand there be penalties enforced to congress when they can't work in or maintain a national budget.
It's time that congress is paid the way they deserve. The state needs to set that pay not the members of congress. In order to make it simple, all members of congress from said state will be paid that states average wages. Each member of congress will also now pay 75% of their health care while we the American's pay 25%.
If at any time congress shuts down the govt or votes to increase the national debt then they will forfeit the remaining portion of their salary. American's must unite!
