Change how the ENTIRE government works

Mr President and the Obama Administration, it is the priority of the people that we change the government of the United States of America. We want a COMPLETE reform of the government. The election for the President of the United States causes too much controversy! We want you to get rid of the position for the President of the United States of America. Instead of a president, we can have a council (Not to be confused with Congress) that will do everything the president would normally do. One man in the Nation of the United States of America has too much power! If you refuse to remove the position for president, by the power of the constitution we WILL SECEDE!
