Move responsibility for VOTING on proposed new legislation, FROM the US House of Representatives TO all Americans via ONLINE VOTING. The logistical requirement for representatives to assemble in one geographic location no longer exists. A centralized 'team' of elected representatives may remain for the purpose of proposing new legislation however, each american should be extended the right/responsibility to vote for or against any new proposed legislation.
