It seems logical that a simple change in the deadline for businesses & institutions who must submit the required documents to American citizens by January 31st of each year, to January 10th, would boost our economy for that said year.
This change would allow a faster influx of money in to the economy by allowing faster refunds to American citizen’s relief to holiday debts, and a massive financial boost to a new year for businesses.
In this age of free tax software, online reporting documents, and live accounting services, it seems archaic to keep the January 31st date.
