Due to the rise in Unemployment and the Hardships many people face now, it is for the best of the people to Change the Jury selection process from mandatory to voluntary. Calling on a individually who may be on hard times, has to work 2 to 3 jobs or has children to care for has a lot on their mind, to Be part of a pool of people to decide a persons fate is unethical for the person being judged.
We the people want this process to take place, the system is due for an overhaul and changes.
