Change labor laws to include a required amount of notice to employees when employers change the schedule.

Currently employers are not required to give any notice prior to requesting you work additional hours or additional days. I petition that an employer must give at least 2 hours notice to work overtime on any given scheduled work day and 24 hours notice to an employee to work on an unscheduled day.
