Change the law allowing Civil Suits against Presidents, Congressmen, Senators, Governors, Mayors if mass shootings persist after gun controls are enacted.
Allow Families that loose loved ones due to Mass Shootings in the future to sue the government and representatives (Senators, Congressmen, Governors, Mayors, etc.) that pass gun control measures that are meaningless in stopping mass shootings from happening.
If government personnel push gun control laws on We the People of the Unites States. And those Laws are found to have in no way, shape or form stopped a “criminal or mentally ill person” from committing the atrocity. Then the Person or persons that signed into law or railroaded the gun control act/laws onto the people of the United States should then be held liable in a civil co
