To change the law on inmates jail penitentiary sentence for drugs and give more for serious crimes

To start off for someone selling a controlled substance or cannabis gets a minimum sentence of 3 yrs penitentiary or even a year in jail.. I believe that's totally wrong, when a person shots or wounds or kills or a sick minded person rapes-sexually assault a child or anyone rather be child or adults... They get 6 months jail or even 23 months.. Like for real your saying if I would go sell drugs then that's 3 years but if I was sick minded and asexually assault a baby or a child then here let's give you 6 months or 23 months jail time.. and put you right back on the street but just classified as a sex offender.. I believe the guides should be alter in some kind of shape or form.. I'm not saying cocaine or heroin or meth slim down those but prescription medication and cannabis should be less
