I am writing this petition regarding men's rights regarding disestablishing paternity, in particular, the State of Florida. The current system that is in place promotes parent fraud. The law needs to change in efforts to support those men that are trying to do right and have evidence (a paternity test) that they are not the father. When there is evidence around the time of the child's birth that you are not the father, that document should be able to use in an administrative court hearing regardless of the time frame of the test. Right now, as a country, we are in extreme debt; for someone to be using the system and costing tax payers, as citizens, money is unacceptable.
Parent fraud is a serious matter that is often overlooked. There needs to be a plan to stop parent fraud.
