Change the law to not allow scam companies like Vector/Cutco to exist

This scam company called Vector Marketing or Cutco takes advantage of young gullible high school students and college students that are interested in a job. They put you through training to be a salesperson that sells knives. They then require you to pay for a demo set that costs like $150 and expect you to sell knives that are about $1000. The fact that it is legal for a company like this to not be required to pay for training is ludicrous. I hope this loophole in the law is fixed so scam companies like this are not allowed to prosper.
