Change the law that says if you weren't married for 10years you can't draw off deceased ex husband Social Security.

Deceased ex husband died a few years ago...we had one child together. I was his only wife neither one of us ever remarried. Im now on disability soon to roll over to Social Security but my S.S. is less than 1,000 and rent is more than 1/2 my income, there is no money after bills are paid I stretch 147.in food stamps. If I was able to draw from my ex-husband it would help me so much....I have been inches from being homeless and am frightened...
