Change the law that says that orphans must be kicked out of the orphanage once they turn 18

The law that states orphans must be kicked out of an orphanage is unfair. Instead of being kicked out, they should be allowed to stay. Maybe they could work there and help with the younger children. They could be paid and support themselves once they have enough money. It is heartbreaking for the other children when their friends have to leave for no reason, especially for the younger children.
