In the court of law, in PA especially, child(ren) are currently forced to spend time with both parents during a custody/divorce cases while both parties show interest in the child(ren) despite any type of abuse, especially mental and emotional, which are difficult to prove.
This is petition is in action so that laws are changed and set in place across the nation, for judges and the court system to be for the children and to listen to what they have to say.
These children in abused situations should be allowed to have their wishes granted, with a given testimony, of which parent they wish to reside with and if they choose to visit/ partially reside with the other parent.
