we need to change the laws and regulations on the food stamps because there are people out there that are loosing them because of things that are beyond there control and one of them is to be a resident of the united states for 5 years that should not matter. and personally im one of these people my husband has not made the 5 year mark as a resident yet and its not fair i have 2 kids ages 10 and 12 and our 12 year old has autism
