Change Laws for child abuse neglect and domestic violence need to include over punishing and drill sergeant parenting

When the Laws were written to protect all children from child abuse, child neglect, and domestic violence toward a child they failed to protect children in one other way by including Over punishing from the step parent/parents and Drill Sergeant Parenting technique. These laws need to be changed to include the Over punishment of a child and Drill Sergeant Parenting of a child. If the laws are not changed children dealing with these types of parents some parents may even have anger issues or a history of anger problems which then it becomes worse on the child and makes the child feel nothing is ever good enough and could lead to the child being hurt mentally physically or even death. These Laws need to be changed so step parents/parents will be punished by the courts and the children safe.
