Change the laws on Family Matters such as custody and child support in the court system.

This petition is important because the way the courts handle Family Matters is destroying families and ripping them apart. Us fathers are frustrated on how things are handled in the court system. For a father that is actively in his child's life and has his child half the time should not be paying for 2 households each parent should maintain there own individual households such monthly rent or mortgage paid, households being stocked with food, and active utilities such as light, heat, and gas. Equal or suitable wages should be garnished from both parents employment checks and put onto a debit card or state issued card for medical and dental insurance payments, educational expenses, and clothing. Both parents should agree on any purchases for there child.
