Credit ratings are being used as a tool for hiring. Many americans are unemployed due to their credit ratings.
Eliminate this act and put people back to work.

Many americans in this economy are finding their credit scores falling due to being unemployed. You have the skills, but your credit score is low.

How can we as americans obtain employment, when we are denied jobs due to our falling credit scores.

Credit scores do not indicate the type of employer you are, Job references do.
