Change the laws of paparazzi. They need to back off of celebrities, they deserve privacy.

I think its completely unfair that celebrities have NO privacy. Yeah its part of being a celebrity but they still deserve to go out in public with friends and not have a group of old men with cameras attack them. Paparazzi need new limits, they ruin lives. Like how they have been going after Justin Bieber is crazy. Tmz is the worst of them all! Everything he does makes news and its sad. His private life is slipping away. THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE!! Please help me give them their privacy back.
