This petition is for Congress to amend or pass a law regarding police force. So far police has been using unnecessary force shooting more than necessary, shooting bullets back to back towards unarmed men and murdering our people. Please sign this petition so Congress can pass a law so police can stop abusing their power with guns. Police has been trained to shoot to kill, instead police should shoot below the waist instead of killing unarmed men and people-this could save more lives.please sign.
