Change the laws regarding family Courts to make Equal Custody the Mandatory recommendation except in cases with abuse.

We the people would like the family court system to be overhauled, to guarantee equal treatment to men and women. We demand that the courts stop alienating children from one parent unless there is verified abuse. We demand that Child support levels are set at a more realistic amount, an amount that provides support to the children, but still allows a man to support himself. We demand an end to the current system of the federal government providing states an incentive to alienate children from a parent in order to generate title IV-D income. We demand the courts not be allowed to Jail a man for failure to pay child support. We are a country who has outlawed debtors prisons, yet we are still sending our citizens to jail, in cycles over debt.
