It is apparent that "Gun Free Zones" are not a way to safeguard our children or citizens.
Way too many incidents of violence occur where good, decent and law abiding citizens are denied their Second Amendment Right.
We have seen massacres at gun free zones: Luby's Restaurant in Texas, Columbine High School,Virginia Tech,Delaware State Univ, a Nebraska Mall,Northern Illinois Univ.,S Mountain Community College,Univ. of Central Arkansas,Hampton Univ.,civic center in Binghamton,Texas Southern University,Univ of Alabama, Aurora Theater, Sikh Temple,a Oregon mall & other places. And now Sandy Hook Elementary.
Obviously, Gun Free Zones do NOT function as expected but instead become places open to this kind of violence.
Time to restore sanity. Repeal Gun Free Zones. Now!
