change the laws for sexual predators/murderers of minor children

LIttle Hailey Owens, 10 years old was abducted and murdered. Owens was headed home after playing with a friend when Craig M. Woods grabbed her and threw her in his truck. Two witnesses observed the abduction, one chased the vehicle for on foot for three blocks obtaining the suspects license plate number. Police reported to Woods home where after getting a search warrant for a welfare check of the residence, found Hailey's helpless body. The evidence for this axiomatic crime is overwhelming. I propose more IMMEDIATE public retribution for these cases where the family, the public, and our nation are at the mercy of plea bargains, court and tax costs, for individual monsters. Due process is vital, the 2 years awaiting conviction is no longer morally acceptable. Let us deter these criminials
