Hello Im asking everyone that drive and have Auto Insurance to please sign this petition. I was in a car accident to where a person veered in my lane and I was blowing my horn trying to get the attention of the person but the person held me off the road causing me to hit a light pole and I was injured and knocked unconscious. Well I filed the claim on my insurance and the insurance started their investigation and they came up I was at fault cause I didnt allow the other vehicle to hit me. So my insurance is stating in Texas that I should have slammed on my brakes and made the person behind me hit me or let the person who held me off the road hit me. This law needs to change cause I could have got killed and I cant control others ways of driving by holding me off the road. Please sign!
