change the legal adult age to 16.

We the people of The United States Of America want the Obama Administration to change the legal adult age to 16, as 16 year olds these days are much more mature both mentally, and physically. As this is the 21st century, change is necessary, and change is good for the society. People 16 years old and above deserve to be termed as "adults", and as 16 year olds will be termed as "adults", we would like them to be treated as adults. There should be no partiality, as this is a nation where everyone is equal, and everyone has the right to the freedom of speech.
