change the legal drinking age back to 18

The individual US states were essentially blackmailed into changing the legal drinking age from 18 to 21 with highway funding as the collateral. It is essentially used as a way to fund police forces, as these offenders rarely go to jail and instead are fined and put on probation. This is a violation of our civil rights. If 18 year olds can serve in the military, vote, operate a vehicle, be executed, and in general be treated as an adult, then they should have the right to consume an alcoholic beverage.
