I want to have a bill passed that would help tax payers an family's to a new beginning at life. to go thru classes an every 5 to 10yrs have an assessment to see if they are ready to take accountability for wat they have done an give them a chance to change their lives around with close supervision and weekly visits with a therapist and also a parole officer,there are to many people that don't belong in prison for life, it's not reasonable
