Change the logo of the NSA to the NROL-39 badge (The octopus sitting on top of the Earth logo)

The current NSA logo, an Eagle sitting upon a key with an shield in the forefront

does not adequately represent the NSA and its activities.

The mission badge of US Spy Satellite NROL-39, a giant octopus atop the Earth with the words "Nothing is beyond our Reach"
