Change the Maine state law on riding bicycles with traffic.

Created by D.N. on May 28, 2013

The law for the state of maine for bicyclists is to ride with traffic, I believe it would be safer to ride against traffic as long as you are behind the white line because then you could see what is coming toward you rather than having to look over your shoulders to see whats behind you. It is just a lot safer, and im sure a lot of people would agree!
